To provide a safe, respectful, relaxing, and professional environment for every client and massage therapist, we ask all clients to follow these rules:

1. Appointment Required
Services are provided by appointment only. No walk-ins. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

2. Late Arrivals
Clients who arrive late may receive a shortened session so that the next appointment can begin on time. The full scheduled service price may still apply.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Please provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee according to our booking policy.

4. Professional Massage Only
Massage Nirvana & Bodywork provides professional, therapeutic massage and bodywork services only. Sexual services, inappropriate requests, comments, gestures, or behavior are strictly prohibited.
